ROAutoMarket.ro is a marketplace platform for buying and selling vehicles in the UK. By using the platform, users agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Platform Role

IMPORTANT: ROAutoMarket.ro acts only as an intermediary between sellers and buyers. We are not party to transactions and provide no warranties regarding listed vehicles.

• We do not own vehicles listed on the platform
• We are not responsible for quality, condition, or vehicle history
• We do not directly facilitate payments between parties
• We do not provide warranty or servicing

3. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about vehicles
• Hold necessary legal documents for sale
• Comply with UK laws and regulations
• Respond promptly to buyer inquiries
• Disclose MOT status and ULEZ compliance

4. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to:

• Inspect vehicles personally before purchase
• Request independent mechanical inspections
• Verify vehicle history and legal documents
• Negotiate sale terms directly with seller
• Check MOT and road tax status

5. UK-Specific Requirements

• Right-Hand Drive: Vehicles listed may be RHD or LHD
• MOT: Check MOT expiry date before purchase
• ULEZ: Verify compliance for London driving
• V5C Logbook: Ensure proper transfer of ownership

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions allow sellers to post listings. Payments are processed via Stripe in GBP. Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

ROAutoMarket.ro is not responsible for:

• Vehicle defects or hidden faults
• Non-compliance with agreements between seller and buyer
• Fraud or legal violations by users
• Financial losses resulting from transactions
